The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by Him we cry, “Abba, Father.”
Romans 8:15
Our Guiding Scripture
The 8:15 Foundation takes its name from Romans 8:15: the Spirit of God frees us from slavery to fear and brings us into the family of God, where we can call Him Father.
We believe this truth changes how we live. When we know whose we are, we can move forward with courage, give with generosity, and respond to the needs around us. Having received the Father’s love, we are called to make that loving-kindness known.
Our Mission in Action
We bring people and resources together to support gospel outreach, access to education, and relief from poverty. Through this work, we seek to reflect the Father’s heart: people seen and valued, burdens shared, and lives opened to the hope of Jesus.
There are people to reach, gifts to nurture, and needs we are called to answer. We exist to help God’s people respond with faith and action.
There are still many people in the world today who do not know Jesus. There is so much work to be done and yet there seem to be so few workers to do the work and many passionate people find themselves without the resources, support, and encouragement required to carry out the vision God has given them.
That’s why the 8:15 Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals to be witnesses for Christ and to bring others into the Kingdom.
We do this by: Equipping and Resourcing, Evangelizing, and Relieving Poverty
